Personal Tuition


Whether you’re a complete beginner or have been practicing Yoga for a while, I carefully pick elements that will help you to build a healthy foundation that can develop into a confident Yoga practice.

My approach to one-to-one sessions is very different to a group class environment. I’m able to tailor the pace, focus and content to suit you. You’re never on your own as time is spent working on planning your lessons as I continue to work with you closely to ensure you’re on a good track.

Over the past 6 years, I have gained experience by teaching Yoga to a variety of people including: sports players, athletes, post-natal moms, office workers, runners, CrossFitters and physiotherapists.
Personal lessons are held in the comfort of your own home.

As there is so much that Yoga entails, I mainly work with clients on a consistent and regular basis.’



Pay-as-you-go: £60.00

Monthly subscription: £180.00 p/month. Gives you one personalized Yoga lesson a week. Works out as £45.00 per lesson. No Membership. No contract. Scroll below for all the details and T&Cs.

Availability: Monday and Thursday daytime. Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday evenings.




A subscription to Personal Lessons is a set fee of £180.00 per month (£45.00 each lesson).

The first lesson is £45.00 so that you can decide if you want to start your subscription, please ensure payment is made before the session or on the day.

The monthly fee is based on you gaining 48 lessons, with the cost spread over 12 months. This puts into consideration breaks such as: Christmas, New Years and 2 weeks of holiday that most people take in a year.

You gain a set slot with me once a week that we arrange by looking at both our schedules. Please discuss with me in advance any changes.

The lessons are around 60 minutes but allow a bit extra in case we run over time. Outside of your lessons, I plan the content and make note of any areas that you feel you wish to work on so that you continue to progress. If you need to contact me about anything or need reminding on what we covered, please do so.

There is no extra charge for:
Travel time
Fuel costs
Lesson planning

Payment for your subscription must be paid and cleared before the 1st lesson of every month, in advance.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange refunds for lessons that you miss as everyone pays for their reserved slot and planning it takes for the lessons. Any cancellations can either be rescheduled or we can add an agreed amount of additional time to lesson(s). If you prefer to simply miss a class, that’s entirely up to you.

Your subscription rolls on a month to month basis. If you wish to discontinue, please provide a months notice.

Failure to pay or attend without notification will result in your slot being lost as we can only assume you are no longer interested and can offer the slot to another person.
